This is the dashcam footage that we were able to obtain from the police showing a tractor-trailer crashing into our client's vehicle. After a lawsuit was filed, the truck driver and the truck driver's attorneys denied that he was at fault for causing this wreck. Fortunately, through hard work and long depositions, we were able to get them to finally admit fault and pay their policy limits to our client.
