Client was hit by a drunk driver. Fortunately she had a dashcam which captured the footage of the DUI driver gaslighting her and then leaving the scene. Client’s injuries were not too severe but the insurance company for the at-fault driver kept trying to play games. Litigation ensued and this result (12 times the medical bills) was obtained.
